| Ian Sweet |

Divisional Partner of Sweet Futures
Ian Sweet started off his career as a runner at the CBOT. While on the CBOT floor, Ian worked with a local in the Soybean pit and ran a commercial hedging desk. In 1999, Ian left the floor and started an in-house brokerage division at Rosenthal Collins Group L.L.C. He has been series 3 licensed with the National Futures Association (NFA) since 1999. In 2006, RCG made Ian a divisional partner of their Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) and he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Sweet Futures. Ian is married, has five children and he coaches his children's sports activities in his spare time. |

| Michael Popilchak |

Marketing and Sales
Mike Popilchak has thirty one years of experience in the futures industry. His first position was in 1976 as a chalk board marker on the old catwalks above the CBOT grain trading floor. He then went on to work for six clearing member FCM’s spending his next twelve years in virtually every back office position, including that of compliance director for a major FCM. From 1989-2006 Mr. Popilchak turned his hand to sales. During this time he successfully solicited and recruited over seventy-five Ag-based Introducing Brokers to his respective clearing firms. Today as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Sweet Futures he is responsible for both retail and commercial business growth.

| Paul Gauger |

Account Executive, Manager of Sweet Futures Execution Desk
Paul Gauger has been a part of Rosenthal Collins for 15 years. He has many years of floor experience ranging from the CME to the CBOT. For the last 3 years, Paul has been an account executive for Sweet Futures. He attended the University of Northern Iowa. Paul is married with 3 children. Presently, Paul is the trade desk manager at Sweet Futures. |

| Zack Recchia |

Account Executive, Assistant Manager of Sweet Futures Execution Desk
Zachary Recchia has been in the futures business since he started at the Board of Trade 10 years ago as a summer runner at the age of 16. He worked there and at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange as a runner every summer until graduating college from Western Illinois University in 2003 with a degree in Journalism. At that point, he became a full-time phone clerk at Rosenthal Collins’ grain desk at the CBOT. He then moved up to the grain “priority desk” while also working mornings and afternoons in the Rosenthal Collins wire room, and eventually became the assistant manager of the grain desk at the CBOT. In September 2007, Zack joined in Sweet Futures and is considered a valuable asset to our organization. Zack is married and has two kids. |

| Francis Cohen |

Account Executive
Francis Cohen started in the futures industry in 2003 as a runner on the CME meat floor with Rosenthal Collins Group. He transferred to the grain floor as a runner in 2005, where after only a couple months, he became a phone clerk. Frank gained experience as a phone clerk in the grains where he worked until 2007. Then he left the floor to take on a job as an electronic phone clerk for Rosenthal’s wire room. There he broadened his market knowledge and became familiar with many electronic trading platforms. Frank was brought on to work with Sweet Futures as an execution services clerk in Mid-March of 2008. |

| Jesse Arriaga |

Account Executive
Jesse Arriaga started in the Futures industry in 1986 as a runner for Stotler. He worked his way from runner to ARB/Out trade clerk in the S&P 500 Pit. In 1992 Jesse went to Merrill Lynch because Stotler was going out of business. He worked for Marshal Persky, who was one of the biggest futures brokers at Merrill Lynch. There Jesse learned the global markets. He started a 24 hour desk to service Marshall’s client base, who were sophisticated traders that traded on a global basis. In 1997 Jesse went to Prudential Bache to join a group that dealt mainly with CTA’s and hedge funds. Management at Prudential Bache asked me to start a 24 hour desk in Chicago and close the NY operation.. Jesse left Prudential in 2008 and joined Sweet Futures.

Travelling nationally and internationally has afforded Mr. Nona the opportunity to speak to thousands of advisors and their clients on time- tested, investment strategies and proven, risk management solutions, gaining him the confidence and respect of both advisor and client.
